Steve Bradshaw President
Steve grew up on the family farm in Lazbuddie, Tx. He has a BS in Ag Business from Abilene Christian University and obtained his Ag Teaching Certification from Texas Tech University. He was a member of the collegiate livestock judging team and the wildcat football team. Early in his career he was a county extension agent and then taught agricultural science for a combined 31 years.
Steve has lived in Decatur for the past 19 years with his wife Lisa and they have 5 kids. He is currently the Outside Sales Manager for Russell Feed & Supply and Lisa is a Farm Bureau Insurance Agent. They are members of the Decatur Church of Christ. They are also members of Texas & Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association.
Adam Campbell Vice President
Adam Campbell serves as Vice President of the Homeowners Association. He is currently the Chief Operations Officer for a power delivery contracting company and previously served as Regional Vice President for a large publicly traded power delivery firm. Adam brings over 26 years of experience in the power delivery industry, along with five years of service in the Canadian Armed Forces.
He is deeply committed to his wife, Angie, their seven children, four grandchildren, with three more on the way, and values strong leadership, accountability, and community stewardship. Adam is dedicated to helping protect the neighborhood’s standards, property values, and quality of life.
Genevieve Hale Treasurer
Hello Neighbors!
I am glad to be serving as Treasurer of our HOA.
My husband Cliff and I were part of the lucky few that “moved to TX as quick as we could” back in 1980. We lived in the NE Tarrant County area until 2019 when Scott built our beautiful home here in Las Brisas.
We have two lovely daughters, Kimberly & Marie, and one extra special granddaughter, Austyn.
I have been in the banking business since 1980 and had the pleasure of working with Scott Mauldin on the development & building of most of our homes in this great neighborhood.

Alicia Richardson Secretary
Alicia has been a proud resident of Las Brisas for the past 7 years and currently serves as the HOA Secretary.
She has worked at a San Diego cardiology group, remotely for over 20 years and is also a licensed real estate agent, bringing both professionalism and strong organizational skills to her role on the board. In addition to her official duties, Alicia manages the Las Brisas community Facebook page, organizes neighborhood events, and maintains the resident directory.
She is passionate about building community and keeping residents informed. Alicia is married with three children and is dedicated to making Las Brisas a welcoming and well-connected neighborhood for all.
